Zach Entwistle is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert and handles the sale of real property in family law cases.  He is a neutral third party with training, systems and experience handling the most difficult divorces (including Restraining Orders, and uncooperative spouses with regard to showings or signing paperwork).

Zach has been selling residential real estate in Pierce County, WA full time since 2003. During his career, Zach has sold over 400 homes which year after year qualifies him in the top 3% of realtors nationally.  He is regularly called upon to teach fellow real estate agents how to provide real estate services at a higher level.  Zach is known knowledge, judgement, integrity as well as his ability to explain complex real estate matters to those affected by them.

Education:

• A native of Upstate New York, Mr. Entwistle was educated in the Arlington school district in Lagrangeville, NY
• Undergraduate studies were completed at Syracuse University earning him a Cum Laude Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Policy Studies
• Mr. Entwistle attended basic training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio Texas in 1997 and received his Active Duty commission from the United States Air Force and served with Honor as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer
• His Real estate license was obtained in 2003 and his Managing Broker license was completed in 2016
• Completed numerous real estate courses in various subject matter including short sales, foreclosures, property valuation and marketing, 1031 exchanges as well as attending multiple real estate seminars throughout the country
• Mr. Entwistle was selected to attend the inaugural class of the Divorce Real Estate Institute in San Bernardino County, CA where he completed 50 hours of instruction: 10 hours of online training and 40 hours of live training on the nuances of real estate matters in Family law cases as instructed by Court Appointed Real Estate Experts, Family Law Attorneys, Certified Divorce Mortgage Lenders, Commissioners and Judges
• Attended various Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association CLE trainings on topics including: How Changes in the Tax Code affect Family Law Cases and Domestic Violence
