Expert Witness Testimony
- $250 Non-refundable fee to reserve date (Due 3 business days prior to court appearance).
- $1,000 Half Day (3 Hours of Court Time).
- $550 Each Additional Hour (Due upon receipt of final invoice)

- Listing Agent Commissions – Negotiated based on circumstance.
