Theresa Bastian, CDRE®

Theresa Bastian is an Austin-based Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®) with extensive experience selling, marketing, and pricing properties. She has advised and consulted in many divorce cases, including facilitating the sale of real property, providing fair market valuation reports, and giving expert testimony in court. Her advocacy experience has resulted in stronger legislation being implemented in several states on issues involving public safety.

As a CDRE, Theresa brings her training in conflict resolution and negotiation, as well as neutrality, to serve divorcing homeowners and the family law community.
