Katina Farrell is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®), a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS), and a recognized expert in the practice of family law-based real estate sales across Colorado. Mrs. Farrell dedicated the last 23 years as a Realtor®. Additionally, she received extensive training in handling real estate sales in divorce matters. Mrs. Farrell’s expertise is based on knowledge of the psychology of divorce and an understanding of real property division.
