helping Family Law Attorneys with their clients’ real property issues. As a Certified Divorce Real
Estate Expert, Ms. Gooding has experience working as a neutral third-party throughout the
metro-Atlanta area, effectively and efficiently handling divorce listings. She has the knowledge,
skills, and training to handle selling homes in some of the most difficult situations, as well as
traditional real estate transactions. As a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, Ms. Gooding has
